I know it's only April, but I've been keen to keep up with the team at Merry Monday in making a Christmas card each week. It looks like Christmas here with the snow we've had this week. Lots has melted, but there are still a few flurries coming down today...
This week's Merry Monday challenge is "Getting Sentimental" - use a sentiment as a focal point. I took to the internet for inspiration and found some word art printables at Gingerscraps. However, I created my own word art using a variety of tools I've already got. Everything was created using retired dies and sentiment from My Craft Spot, with the exception of the oak leaves which were cut using a Martha Stewart punch and the little gem stick-ons. I really wish I had a pine punch, but went with what I already had!

hi kate - love the design of your card and the colors you used. and i bought my Stick-It from Amazon - better deal that SSS i think. worth checking out anyway. it's great stuff as it only stick permanently after you burnish it down and it made doing those inlaid die cuts and all those word dies a piece of cake to insert. and thanks for your kind comment on my card.
