My youngest is a math/science geek who loves puns, so I know he'll get a kick out of the sentiments and images from Your Next Stamp's "We've Got Chemistry" stamp set. Although his birthday is in August, I couldn't wait to put this card together for him.

Before stamping the image, I used a die cut of the shape to mask an area in the middle of the card and inked some yellow all around it. I then stamped the image, coloured it and added the sentiment. For a bit of additional interest, I added some clear Wink of Stella to the base of the bulb. I cut the mat using a Simon Says Stamp stitched rectangle and adhered it to my cardbase. This was a simple card to put together but I know my little guy (who's almost as tall as me - and I'm tall!) will enjoy it.
