Flippin' Fabulous

Brenda is hosting this week's challenge at Little Red Wagon and she's chosen the theme "Sand and Sea". She's looking for anything to do with the ocean or beach. I absolutely love the ocean and can't wait for things to open up so I can sail and travel again. 

I decided to go with the "sand" part of "Sand and Sea" and coloured up this fun little crab from Your Next Stamp. Even if I can't get to the sea anytime soon, I can - and will - wear flip flops!!

Life is Better in Flip Flops

Imke is hosting our newest challenge at Little Red Wagon and she's asking us to "Stitch it"! This means that she'd like to see any sort of stitching on your projects - from needle and thread to stitched dies to faux stitching with pens.

I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to use a cross-stitch die that I purchased two Christmases ago and never quite got around to using. It's an MFT die and the site has a number of patterns available for download. I mixed the stitched palm tree with some die cuts and a sentiment from Your Next Stamp.

YNS Blog Hop - Flippin' Fabulous

Welcome to the June 2018 Your Next Stamp blog hop!! I've over-the-moon excited to be joining the talented Your Next Stamp crafters as a guest designer this month. You'll be seeing some more YNS creations from me over the next few weeks!
