Furry and Bright

Jan is hosting at Little Red Wagon this week and she wants to know "What's red all over?". In other words, she's looking for red all over our projects! Now, I have a confession to make... I was preparing my post during my break at work yesterday when I realized that my card was actually for a challenge in about a month's time! I didn't think I'd be able to post anything today but when I got home from work last night, I got my son settled with some leftovers for supper and then raced to my craft room before leaving for an evening workshop. When I got home, my son was fast asleep but I was delighted to find that he had emptied the dishwasher. I think I did something right raising that boy!!

I just received the Happy Pawlidays stamp set and I'm in love with the little pups! I used one of the stamps for my card - with one of the fun little sentiments to go with it.

Please head over to Little Red Wagon so you can see red too - and then get out your red cardstock, pens and markers to create your own project with red!

I'm linking up my card with Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes.

You're right! You are raising an AWESOME young man! Mine is a year younger than yours and he too puts the dishes away... heck he even washes the dishes too... He offers all the time... He's such a sweet kid! :) I LOVE your card... it's super cute and so festive for the holidays! Hope you & your family are doing well Kate! Big HUGS dear friend! :)

Aw! So super cute! And I love the sentiment too. Gotta love it when the kiddos spontaneously do household chores like that!

What an adorable card! I love the polka-dot embossing in the background - it fits your sweet little puppy perfectly!

I'd love for you to link this up to the Cropstop blog where anything goes as long as you use something from one of the companies they carry in the store. (You did!)

As my Dad would say, "Not bad for a quickly thrown together (insert word)" which in this case is 'card'. This is so darling, Kate, and I'm glad you had time to color that pup and put him together with the red cardstock.

An adorable image and I don't know if it was the title "furry" that did it but it actually looks furry to me, Furry Wonderful LOL. Love it all.
