I had a fun time cutting and colouring the images. I wasn't sure which ones I would use so I did quite a few and now I've got some extras all ready for another project. I used watercolour paper and distress inks for the background strip behind the machinery and construction worker. Some items are popped and some lie flat so there's some wonderful dimension to this card.
I'm going to link up this project in this week's Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes.

Super cute for Father's Day. I have never heard of this shop, so I will have to check them out. So many new ones seem to be popping up and they all have a great selection of goodies.
This is just darling, Kate. Making your inked background a thin strip under that puffy cloud die is a perfect backdrop for all that beautifully colored construction equipment. I'm a little behind the 8 ball but I just noticed your new blog design. It looks great!
I absolutely love the fun dimension details! I love the super cute cloud die cut!
Your coloring is awesome. Absolutely adorable!
Happy Memorial Day weekend!
