I made this card after classes this afternoon. I needed a break and everything inside me was crying "Create!" - so I listened. I like the simple, clean lines of this card.
I embossed the white cardstock with my Cuttlebug hearts folder as well as a 2x2 "just because" mini folder. I used my (new) Martha Stewart score board for the score lines. I welded together two cats from Going Places in such a way as to make their tails into a heart. I cut both a shadow in navy and regular layer in white for those. The top layer is popped. I punch a heart from red cardstock and placed it behind the tails. I added a few gems, and had a card! Now, it's back to the books for me!

This card is perfect in so many ways! I love the simple elegance, the little bit of red and the embossing. What a clever way to use that cat!
Wow Kate I just love this! You sure did "Create" this one. Love the embossing and the simpleness but creativeness of it, if that makes sense. LOL Love the touch of bling also and having Red in it (my favorite color) doesn't hurt either. Hee Hee. Thanks for joining us this week at BBTB2.
