Little Lamb Note Cards

Tuesday, February 15, 2011
I made some little note cards to tuck inside the lunch bags of my favourite people.  I like to give them each a special message on Mondays.

Last week, I purchased a big pack of kraft cardstock and am really liking it!  I had also ordered some baker's twine from an eBay seller and love the look of it against the kraft paper.
These little cards are 2.5x2.5 inches.  I stamped the lamb using a Studio G stamp and used some green pattern paper to mat behind.  The "HI" was cut with George and Basic Shapes and adhered to an EK Success 1" scallop circle.  Everything is inked with distressed ink.  I added the Baker's Twine and hand wrote XXX in the top right corner of each card to finish things off.

After making these, I realized that Monday is a holiday (Family Day in Canada) so there will be no school or work.  I'm a week ahead of the game!

NB  These cards were also used as part of my Quick Tip Tuesday post at Fantabulous Cricut.
