I use my Happy Planner faithfully to track my goings-on. This is a layout that I have prepared for a week in November. I haven't filled anything in yet but when I do, I'll write things like "Hair appointment", "Pick up flowers" and "Marry John" on the 14th.

Ditto Chrissy above...are you getting married?! Congratulations!!! And such a lovely way to keep notes. I'm old school on scheduling, too, and use a paper agenda with notes and doodling.
