Uptown Girl

I'm hosting over at Little Red Wagon this week and I'm still using Billy Joel hits to inspire me. This week, It's Uptown Girl - anything feminine, glamourous, chic, etc. 


I used AI to take a photo of my daughter (the original photo has her standing in the ocean!) and send her shopping! The little street sign reads "Uptown Girl". I used some ribbon, pearls, inks and washi to add various details. I printed a few copies and cut a heart from one, linking it up and popping it in the background before adding a flower to finish things off.

    What a splendid card! And such a lovely keepsake of you daughter! To tell the truth, when I first saw it I thought, "Now where did Kate find a graphic that looks like her?" (:
