For my project, I decided to make a Thanksgiving-themed pillow box. I took a pillow box and made a few alterations, including the addition of an Elegant Edges window. Once the box was cut, I embossed it with a basketweave folder. I used a few metal dies to create my leaf spray. The maple and oak leaves are from the NEW Fall Border metal die set, the brown leaves from the Flowers - Daisy set and the swirls from the NEW Fall Wheelbarrow set.
The little ticket was cut using a Tickets metal die and the border and underline were stamped using Tickets stamps. The wonderful sentiment is from the NEW Fall Leaves stamp set.
I finished everything off with some Bittersweet jute string and a brass brad. Oh! Plus I wrapped some tiny Hershey chocolate bars and decorated them with leaves cut using the NEW Fall Border metal dies before tucking them into the box.
