Let's Cuddle

I was working with a student yesterday who told me that she couldn't believe that it was only Wednesday. I felt bad letting her know that it was actually only Tuesday. It's Wednesday now though - which means it's time for a new challenge at Little Red Wagon. I'm the hostess this week and I've chosen the theme "Bundle Up!". I'm not a fan of winter but I do love hats, scarves and mittens so that's what I'd like to see on your creations!

I used some cute critters sporting lovely pink scarves on my card. The stamps I used are all from My Favorite Things and I did some masking to create my little scene. It looks a bit as though the ice is half floating in the air, but with the freezing rain that we've had here in Ontario, that just might be the case in some places!!

Please head over to Little Red Wagon to see what the rest of the Girlfriends have created - and then link up your own "Bundle Up!" projects. I look forward to checking them out this week!

I'm also linking up my card at The House That Stamps Built - Repeat Impressions Anything Goes Challenge ~ J2418.

  2. Floating ice - tee hee....even though I don't think it looks like that at all, your comment about it made me smile. Such a sweet card! I love your scene and those critters are too cute.

I suppose letting someone know the correct day is a good thing....it just reminds me of my coworker who delights in telling me, "Oh, look. It's only _______ (usually something like 11ish) o'clock." Thus far I have always managed to resist the urge to chuck my stapler at her, so, I guess that's a victory. :D

  3. Sweet little scene, Kate and thanks for this great challenge theme. I also don´t like winter- i always have cold hands and feets. I wish i could wear flip flops all year long but it´s not possible here in Germany so i have to deal with winter **lol**.

  9. Absolutely adorable, such a cute image, beautifully coloured Kate.

Luckily I have tablets to take each morning and they have the day on them, otherwise I think I would be wondering what day it is LOL. Wish we had cold without rain here, could do with some sun.
