Texture Paste Easter Egg

Please click HERE if you are looking for my Your Next Stamp post.

It's time for a new challenge at Little Red Wagon. Heather is our hostess this week and she's got an Egg-cellent challenge for us - use eggs on your project. I used an Oval of Flowers stencil to create a pretty "egg" for my Easter card.

Please head over to Little Red Wagon to see what the rest of the Girlfriends have created, and then link up your own Egg-cellent project!

The little pearls are from my stash.

  1. So pretty! I need to try this paste...any suggestions? Is it pretty smooth and stays within the stencil?

  2. Wow! This is so beautiful Kate! I haven't tried this technique with texture paste yet. That will have to be on my list of goodies I need to try for sure!

  4. So pretty, Kate! You have used a combo of goodies I have in my little red wagon that I'm really wanting to try. You have definitely inspired me. Just got the oxides this weekend and haven't really had a chance to play with them yet. Love the look you got, the aged "oxidattion" paired with the shiney Nuvo paste is fab!

  14. I saw the word 'stencil' and skipped over the word 'paste' so I was wondering how you got so much dimension with a stencil. Then I zoomed in and saw it was paste and went back and read. This is absolutely beautiful, Kate.
