Believe in Your Dreams

Happy Wednesday! Donna is our hostess at Little Red Wagon this week, and her chosen theme is "Blooming Fun" - all about using flowers on your projects!

For my card, I borrowed Lawn Fawn's Flutter By stamp set from my sweet friend, Mandy (who's also on the Little Red Wagon design team). Thanks Mandy! I started by stamping some of the flower images and sentiment on watercolour paper with Versamark and then added some white embossing powder. I then blended some distress ink over the images. Using a paintbrush, I added more colour to the flowers and some green to the leaves. I finished things off with some ink splatters and dew drops.

We'd love to see your "Blooming Fun" projects over at the Little Red Wagon blog. Plus, you can check out the rest of the design team's wonderful creations!

  4. This is beautiful, Kate. I love how the blue is darker on the flowers and gets lighter as it fans out.
